Shared Use Program

PMI 's Shared Use program is Faster, Smarter and even Better than before.

Shared Use is a valuable program that PMI is proud to provide for local companies. Most of our equipment and software packages are available for companies to use during the day or evening. This provides an important service to companies that cannot justify the cost of buying a new piece of equipment for a one-time order or a rush job. PMI has trained staff that can work with your company to provide programming, set-up, and operations assistance for the successful machining of your parts.

PMI has over 30 machines available for Industry use for a nominal fee. These fees are listed with the equipment specifications.

PMI also offers on-site application assistance where our NIMS-certified Application Engineers will:

• Consult with you on design, manufacturing, tooling and equipment
• Train your workers to run your jobs using state-of-the-art equipment and software
• Provide on-site consultation (instructor availability based on class schedules) to improve production according to recent automation principles.
