Facility Rentals When not scheduled for instructional use, PMI's Conference Room, Computer Labs and classrooms are available to the public for rental. PMI's individual classrooms are designed to seat 12 individuals. The rooms are furnished with moveable tables, chairs, whiteboards, a computer workstation and a projector. For pictures of individual classrooms, click here. PMI's computer labs are designed to accomodate 12 individuals, and include whiteboards, an instructor's station and projector. PMI has the capabilitiy to combine two labs in order to accomodate larger groups, up to 24 individuals. For pictures of the computer labs, click here. PMI's conference room seats 16 individuals and features a whiteboard, drop down projector screen and projector. For pictures of the conference room, click here.
