This course is designed to be highly interactive with one main goal of causing participants to "think differently" about their role (personally and professionally) in the overall growth and improvement of the organization. This course is twelve (12) four hour sessions, and will meet the need of Group Leaders, Lead Workers, Supervisors, Foremen, Managers, etc. and anyone who has the responsibility of accomplishing work related goals through others.
